Sean Meo – Comedian
Former Time Out Comedian Of The Year (1998), Sean is widely acknowledged as one of the finest performers and writers on the UK comedy circuit. A former professional snooker player, he turned to a career in comedy in 1989.
He has performed all over the world and most recently made his third appearance at the Montreal Comedy Festival (2003/2001/1998). Other festival appearances include Melbourne, New Zealand, Kilkenny, Edinburgh, Singapore, South Africa and Manchester.
He has worked extensively in the US including Cobbs, San Francisco, Carolines, New York and the Riviera in Las Vegas.
He has recently completed a UK theatre tour with Lee Hurst.
Sean is also regarded as one of the finest corporate comedians on the circuit. His fresh material combined with a clean cut image has made him regular at corporate functions. Clients include: British Petroleum, British Telecom, Andersons Consulting, Chrysler Jeeps, PC Direct, Forte Post House, Comet, Chemical Bank, Volvo, Best Car awards and the Press Advertising Awards.
